Vacancies at the TEPSA Office – Brussels

  • Financial Manager (full-time or 80%)

The TEPSA Secretariat is looking for a Financial Manager (full-time or 80%) to provide sound financial and administrative management of the organisation. The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic, committed, dynamic and international team that interacts with partners from across Europe.

The Financial Manager should have relevant work experience in managing EU-funded projects, preferably in a non-profit organisation. He/she should be able to work autonomously, have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work demands and tasks. At the same time, attention to detail that solid financial management requires is a must.

  • Project Assistant (Traineeship)

The Project Assistant will cooperate closely with TEPSA member institutes, EU institutions (especially the European Parliament) and think tanks and academia across Europe. The position will allow the successful candidate to further develop his/her project management, reporting and research skills and gain insights into EU policy-making and policy analysis.

The Project Assistant will be involved in the implementation of TEPSA’s six framework contracts with the European Parliament’s DG EXPO by coordinating the supply of external academic expertise to the EP in a number of fields in the realm of EU’s external relations. He-She will also assist on an ad hoc basis in the implementation of multiple EU projects of different nature, with a focus on research dissemination, event organisation and outreach to citizens.

TEPSA offers a paid traineeship (remuneration of €900) that would best suit a candidate with a Master’s degree in European studies, political science or public administration, who has already acquired experience in EU projects implementation.

  • Communications Assistant (Traineeship)

The Communications Assistant will be in contact with TEPSA member institutes and will be responsible for creating and promoting online and offline communication and dissemination content. The traineeship provides an opportunity to broaden your knowledge about European affairs, EU-funded project management and communications.

TEPSA offers a paid traineeship (remuneration of €900) that would best suit a candidate with a master’s degree in Communications or European Studies, and who has already acquired experience in EU projects implementation or in maintaining communication activities in the field of European affairs. The traineeship offered will be focused on assisting in communications activities (newsletters, website, social media, video editing) and in dissemination of research.

TEPSA is continuosly looking for talented, skilled and motivated young professionals for a remunerated traineeship opportunity for a period of six months in its Brussels office. The role would best suit candidates with a master’s degree in European studies, political science or public administration, who have some experience in EU projects or in organising activities in the field of EU affairs. The successful candidate will join our small and dynamic office, where everyone plays an important role and has an impact.
