Apply for TEPSA’s EU@Work Seminar on Climate Action!

Please, note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the seminar has been postponed to 27-30 October 2020.

The Trans European Policy Studies Association (TEPSA) invites you to take part in a 4-day seminar in the heart of EU politics: Brussels. The seminar, co-funded by the Europe for Citizens Programme of the European Union, will offer 15 Master students and graduates an opportunity to gain first-hand insights from researchers, EU practitioners, policymakers and officials on climate action.

DATES, LOCATION AND FORMAT OF THE SEMINAR

The seminar is a 4-day event. It will be held in Brussels from Tuesday 27 to Friday 30 October 2020. A certificate will be issued to all participants following their full attendance at the seminar.

The four days will be devoted to attending expert lectures and meeting practitioners from key EU institutions, think tanks, and civil society organisations, with the objective of complementing the insights gained during the lectures. The seminar includes visits to:

  • The European Parliament;
  • The European Commission;
  • The Council of the European Union;
  • A Brussels-based NGO working on climate action;
  • A leading agency supporting green policies.

The seminar is organised by TEPSA under the academic lead of Dr. Katja Biedenkopf, Associate Professor of Sustainability Politics at Leuven International and European Studies (LINES), KU Leuven.
