A College of Europe Policy Brief is a short paper dealing with a topical policy challenge related to European Union affairs. It starts from the analysis of this challenge and provides scientific insights as evidence base for policy choices. The series is aimed at contributing to the policy-making processes in the EU. College of Europe Policy Briefs speak to a broad audience, including policy-makers from the EU, national and international institutions, the private sector and civil society, as well as scholars and students.
Contributions are accepted on a rolling basis. They may be submitted in English or French. The copyright remains with the authors. Each contribution will be reviewed by College faculty.
