“Citizens of Ukraine about themselves, the country and its future” (Razumkov, Ukraine)

Citizens of Ukraine about themselves, the country and its future, April 2019

The early days of young Ukrainian state and new Ukrainian society were difficult, sustaining political shocks, economic crises and persistent external pressure.

The Razumkov Centre’s long history of research allows us to recreate the dynamics of public sentiment in Ukraine on various important issues over two past decades.

This publication presents findings of public opinion surveys by the Razumkov Centre, which characterise the main worldview features and beacons of contemporary Ukrainian society. The data of past years are compared with the results of the most recent national survey conducted by the Razumkov Centre’s Sociological Service at the request of the Open Ukraine Foundation for Kyiv Security Forum 2019.
