On 9-12 July, TEPSA organised a summer seminar on the European Neighbourhood Policy in Brussels, at the heart of EU politics.
Funded by the Europe for Citizens programme of the European Commission, this 4-day seminar offered 17 excellent Master students and graduates an opportunity to gain first-hand insights from researchers, EU practitioners, policymakers and officials on the current state of play and future prospects of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP).
The seminar was organised under the academic lead of Prof Frank Schimmelfennig (TEPSA & ETH Zurich) and combined expert lectures and visits of key EU institutions, think tanks and civil society organisations. The seminar included visits to:
➢ The European External Action Service (EEAS)
➢ The European Parliament
➢ The European Commission
➢ The European Endowment for Democracy
➢ Carnegie Europe
