People around the world are becoming more and more mobile. Ettore Recchi, Emanuel Deutschmann and Michele Vespe created an integrated estimate of country-to-country cross-border human mobility based on global statistics on tourism and air passenger traffic. The dataset covers more than 15 billion estimated trips over the years 2011 to 2016.
