On 27 November 2017, the EUISS hosted a launch event in Brussels for the recently published Chaillot Paper ‘Permanent Structured Cooperation: What’s in a name?’. The launch event provided a forum for senior policymakers from EU institutions and representatives from the Political and Security Committee to share their thoughts with think-tank and academic representatives on Permanent Structured Cooperation (PeSCo) and the range of security and defence initiatives launched by the EU since the publication of the EU Global Strategy.
