We are pleased to invite you to our sixth Ukraine Breakfast Debate on Thursday, 5 April 2018 from 8.30 to 10.30 a.m. on the topic of “Open Data – how do the collection of data and free access to them influence the reform process in Ukraine?” Vladyslav Herasymenko, analyst at the think tank texty.org, will discuss the importance of Open Data for the work of civil society and a successful and profound democratic reform process in Ukraine.
