PLOVDIV Univeristy “Paisii Hilendarski” has established fruitful connections through the ERASMUS + mobility scheme with several Universities in Turkey, including

- Bilgi Universitesi, Istanbul
- Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Universitesi, Rize
Bilateral agreements have been signed between our Faculty of Philosophy and History of Plovdiv University and similar faculties in humanities in partner Turkish universities.
The oldest cooperation is with Kars University, with whom they have had an active cooperation in several areas, including lecturers mobility and participation in conferences.
