“2020 as a Stress Test for the EU: Challenges in times of the Covid-19 Pandemic”, Juha Jokela Funda Tekin Niklas Helwi and Vittoria Meissner (IEP, Germany)

Together with the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA), IEP has published a discussion paper based on an intensive three-day exchange of experts from science and politics at the 12th German-Nordic-Baltic Forum. The forum should have been held in Helsinki, but was changed to an innovative virtual format due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The discussion paper presents recommendations to policy makers and academia on “2020 as a Stress Test for the European Union: Challenges in Times of the COVID-19 Pandemic“.
