On 13th February the Institute for European Studies will launch the second volume in its annual publication series. The book, an analysis of the future of Europe debate, includes contributions from academics from across Europe and follows the first volume of this series, an analysis of the Maltese Presidency of the Council of the EU, which was published in October 2018. The book launch will take place at Binja Laparelli within the central Bank at 6pm and will be followed by a reception.
