On October 25th, Cecilia Malmström, European Commissioner for Trade, will participate in a new edition CIDOB Breakfasts as a special guest.
The goal of the “Trade for all” strategy is to make the European Union’s trade policy more efficient and transparent and to project not only economic interests but also European values. Commissioner Cecilia Malmström will address the current challenges of the EU trade policy in an increasingly complex and unstable global context. She will also take stock of the latest trade agreements signed by the EU and the ongoing negotiations, as well as the opportunities that these alliances generate for companies, especially SMEs, and for the European economy in general.
