Applications are being accepted for an interdisciplinary study programme designed for professionals, postgraduates and junior officials. Through a combination of e-learning and concentrated face-to-face-learning phases (at weekends in Berlin, Budapest, Brussels, Nice, Rome & Vienna) the programme offers a blend of theoretical and practical knowledge as the courses are taught by renowned academics from various European countries, experts from research institutions and governmental practitioners.
