On 16 May 2023, Assist. Prof. Dr. Jana Arbeiter from the Centre of International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences (University of Ljubljana, Slovenia) was elected as Slovenia’s national representative on the EADI (European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes) executive board for a 3-year mandate. This is a recognition of her work in the field of development studies and sustainable development. EADI is namely the largest organisation joining experts researching development and developmental policies that organises various conferences and symposia as well as manages the European Journal of Development Research (EJDR) and the EADI Global Development Book Series issued by Palgrave (Springer).
