Prof. Dr. Andreja Jaklič, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anže Burger, and Assist. Dr. Iris Koleša (all from the Centre of International Relations, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia – CIR) participated at the AIB 2021 annual conference. At the event, they presented a competitive paper titled ‘Exploring Strategies of Organisational Resilience during Crises: Firms’ Process-Based Responses to the Covid-19 Pandemic’. In the paper, they developed a typology of organisations based on their strategies aimed at establishing, strengthening or enacting resilience. They also identified the determinants and outcomes of the use of a particular resilience strategy.
