Conference: “Small States in the UN Security Council: Addressing Old and New Security Challenges”, March 31 – April 1 (EFPI, Estonia)  

Researchers and Policy Makers from Estonia and around the world will examine issues about: Small state influence in times of great-power rivalry; Conflict resolution in Ukraine, Afghanistan and other global hotspots Session; New security challenges: climate and cyber security.

The conference sheds light on the aspirations and achievements of Estonia and other smaller states in the Council and assesses the opportunities of elected members to have an impact on global affairs.

The conference will be live-streamed publicly.
