After two years of pandemic and at the conclusion of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, this symposium questions the development of health skills at European level. It debates the conditions for pooling and enlargement in the field of health in focusing on the following two themes: the challenges of expertise and public health and the institutional and political conditions for strengthening European health skills.
