PMC Georgia are currently conducting a diagnostic study of two clusters – marine fishing and processing, and the preservation of fruits and vegetables – in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region.
With this in mind, PMC Research will describe both the history and the current reality for these clusters, analyze business operations within them, develop a cluster map, and then elaborate short-term objectives as well as a long-term vision for the development of these clusters.
Ultimately, this project seeks to boost entrepreneurship and business sophistication by strengthening the capacities of government and local entities to develop and operate clusters.
