In a new study by the IEP, Manuel Müller and Julian Plottka, commissioned by the EU Office of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, have analyzed the state of democracy at the EU level and make concrete reform proposals to strengthen the democratic legitimacy of the EU.
