In December 2012 TEPSA signed a contract with the European Parliament on a delivery of the study amd hearing ‘the Development of a European Defence Technological and Industrial Base’ (EDTIB). Christian Moelling (SWP Berlin), Valerio Briani and Allessandro Marrone (Instituto Affari Internazionali, Rome), and Tomas Valasek (the Central European Policy Institute in Bratislava) prepared the study and took part in the hearing and workshop at the European Parliament on 28 May 2013.
