On Tuesday, 17 January 2023, the College of Europe in Natolin hosted a special guest lecture on “Nagorno-Karabakh: Background and Recent Developments” delivered by H.E. Ambassador Andrzej KASPRZYK, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict (official title: “Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office on the conflict dealt with by the OSCE Minsk Conference”). The lecture was followed by a Q&A session with Natolin students.
