The International Affairs Institute (IAI) has contributed to the 12-point document in cooperation with the “Task Force on Cooperation in Greater Europe”. The text lists a series of actions that the European Union and its states must take together with Russia and Turkey, to prevent the most destabilizing effects of technological innovation in the military field.
