The in-depth study identifies challenges, shares the most recent advancements and analyses performances across the policy areas of Public Administration, Social Safety, Education and Housing. The study was conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations of the Netherlands and evaluates the effectiveness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, satisfaction and trust of citizens, enterprises and other relevant stakeholders regarding available products, services, provisions and outcomes in ten policy areas in 35 countries, with a longitudinal perspective.
