Between 26 January to 3 February 2020, assist. Jana Arbeiter from the Centre of International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia (CIR), attended Kautilya Fellows Programme 2020 in New Delhi, India. The 10-day programme on India’s Foreign Policy and Public Policy was organised by India Foundation and Ministry of External Affairs of the Republic of India. 100 delegates from 31 countries participated at the event, focusing on major thematic issues and strategic bilateral relationships in India’s foreign policy and understanding of India’s public institutions and their role in shaping India’s political economy and society.
