“It’s time to square the circle!” was a plea by Clarissa Roth, participant in the second project cycle of #EngagEUrCouncil, to present her EU reform idea “Transparent FuturEU”. This was only one of numerous ideas developed by participants from Germany, Portugal, and Slovenia for the Portuguese Council Presidency on a virtual #EngagEUrCouncil Think Tank in October and November 2021, guided by the IEP project team and distinguished experts.
