“Media Narratives on Russia in the Context of Post-Maidan Ukraine”, Vineta Kleinberga and Elizabete Vizgunova (LIIA, Latvia)

Associate researchers of the Latvian Institute of International Affairs: Vineta Kleinberga and Elizabete Vizgunova recently published their article:Media Narratives on Russia in the Context of Post-Maidan Ukraine”, In the special edition of the New Zealand Slavonic Journal “30 years after the breakup of the USSR: Russia and Post-Soviet Europe, narratives and perceptions” (eds. Natalia Chaban, Henrietta Mondry, and Evgeny Pavlov.) August, 2021

The article analyses how Latvian digital media outlets communicate and shape political narratives in their representation of Russia and Ukraine. 

The project was conducted through the Jean Monnet Project Youth Opinion and Opportunities for EU Public Diplomacy: Youth Narratives and Perceptions of the EU and EU-Ukraine Relations in Ukraine and the three Baltic States (E-YOUTH)
