Isabelle Maras, Research associate at CIFE, was invited to the Frankfurter Security Conference of the Bündis 90/Die Grünen on “Security policy and Human rights” held in Francfort/Main on February 10, 2017. Ms Maras gave a presentation on the topic “Challenges and strategies for Germany and the EU” together with Daniel Cohn-Bendit (former member of the European Parliament, Greens/European Free Alliance) and Omid Nouripour (speaker on Foreign Affairs for the Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, German parliament) on the panel entitled “Global Insecurity, Secure Europe?”, moderated by Tom Koenigs (member of the German parliament, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen).
