The question of the security of energy supply in Europe is more urgent than ever in the face of Russia’s war of aggression. In the future, European energy policy must also be thought of as a security policy. Germany plays a special role here. With the REPowerEU package, the European Commission wants to contribute to the EU’s energy independence.
