Nationalist and populist tendencies are gaining weight across the European Union – not least in Central Europe. Thus, we have invited experts from Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria to discuss current developments and the impact the political debate has on EU-public opinion in their respective countries. The project “National populism and its reception in Central Europe” is co-funded by the Europe for Citizens Programme of the European Union.
