“Possibilities for Financing Climate Adaptation Measures for Adriatic Cities and Regions in Croatia and Italy”, Ana-Maria Boromisa and Anastasya Raditya-Ležaić (IRMO, Croatia)

The handbook is intended for decision makers on the local and regional levels in the coastal area of Croatia and Italy. It outlines the currently available sources of funding for climate adaptation projects: at the local, regional, European and global levels; and the possibilities for private funding. The handbook was produced within the framework of Adriadapt project co-financed by the Interreg Italy-Croatia programme. The handbook is currently available in Croatian language, but will be soon translated to English and Italian language.

The handbook was presented at the National Conference “Klima se mijenja – promijenimo se I mi!” (Climate is changing – let’s change, too!) organised on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 organised by PAP/RAC, Croatian Meteorological Institute, the City of Vodice, Šibenik-Knin County and the Society for Sustainable Development Design (DOOR).
