Professor Olivier Costa contributes to a book on EU-Colombia relations (College of Europe, Bruges)

In the framework of the project “EU Public Diplomacy in Brazil and South America”, the College of Europe Development Office has contributed to the publication of the book Colombia y la Unión Europea. Una asociación cada vez más estrecha and, more specifically, with a chapter on EU institutions authored by Professor Olivier COSTA.
