The five-day seminar on EU Project Management is taught through lectures, exercises, simulations, case studies, debriefings and discussions confronting practice with theory. The course largely uses examples of EU external cooperation projects; however, the emphasis is on the understanding of concepts and tools which can be applicable in projects of a wide variety of funding schemes.
