The College of Europe was pleased to welcome Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission. President von der Leyen delivered a speech to a select audience of students and participants of the European Diplomatic Academy at the Bruges campus. The speech of President von der Leyen was on “Europe’s competitiveness in a new context: accelerating the clean transition with a strong industrial base”.
