TEPSA ranked among the ten best think tank networks in the world for the second year running
BRUSSELS, 01/02/2021: The 2020 Global Go To Think Tank Index (GGTTI) Report has been published by the Think Tank and Civil Societies Program of the University of Pennsylvania. GGTTI is the leading resource for ranking think tanks globally, with a database of over 11 000 think tanks on their records.
The prestigious annual report has ranked TEPSA as among the ten best think tank networks globally, as per the opinion of GGTTI’s assembled Expert Panels comprised of hundreds of members from a wide variety of backgrounds and disciplines. The report has been described as the “insider’s guide to the global marketplace of ideas”. Since 2017, TEPSA has advanced in the GGTTI ranking by two positions and it currently holds the 10th place.
The TEPSA Network features prominently in the rankings, with seventeen Member Institutes and Associate Members being chosen among the top think tanks of 2020 in various categories. In particular, the Elcano Royal Institute (Spain) and the Clingendael Institute (The Netherlands) were ranked among the five Top Think Tanks in Western Europe. Meanwhile, the Razumkov Centre (Ukraine) was selected as the best Think Tank in Central and Eastern Europe, and the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB) was among the top “Think Tanks to Watch”. In all, the TEPSA Network features in over 80 separate entries.
