Study Day: “Policy Feedback”, June 17 (Sciences Po CEE, France)

This study day aims to promote research articulating political sociology and sociology of public action from the perspective of policy feedback, that is to say analyzing the “political” effects of public policies on political power relations, interest groups, citizens. Four round tables will bring together researchers who analyze the effect of public policies on political mobilizations, the administration of social policies and its consequences on relations to politics, the articulation of welfare state policies with the rise of populism in Europe, the transversal and intersectoral dimension of policy feedback. Finally, the papers cover a wide range of methods used to analyse the effects of public policies on policy: qualitative and quantitative methods, case studies and comparative approaches.
