Ilaria Giustacchini – Project Assistant
Ilaria is TEPSA’s project assistant. She helps in the coordination and implementation of TEPSA’s Framework Contracts with the European Parliament for the supply of external academic expertise and assists with the overall implementation of TEPSA’s activities.
Ilaria holds a MSc in International Public Policy from University College London and a BSc in Politics and Economics from the University of Milan. Her independent research has focused on gender equality and women in the world of work. Prior to joining TEPSA, she undertook a traineeship at the European Parliament Research Services (DG EPRS), specialising in the evaluation of European policies and the socio-economic benefits of European integration.

Tanguy Babled – Project Assistant
Tanguy is TEPSA’s project assistant. He contributes to the supply of external expertise to the European Parliament, including liaising with experts and the EP, preparing study proposals and editing papers, as well as assisting in the coordination and organization of events and the implementation of other ongoing projects.
Tanguy holds a MA in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University SAIS and a MA in International Relations from Leiden University. He also holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences: World Politics, from Leiden University College.
His main focus regards EU-Africa relations and development projects on the field. He has also researched the African Union, conflict management and post-civil war resolutions. Before TEPSA, Tanguy was a Schuman Trainee in the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific Unit of DG EXPO, where he researched the impact of European projects in the sub-Saharan African region and conducted research on its evolving political systems. Prior to his work at the EP, he worked at the International Criminal Court, in the Public affairs section.
