Rafael Alamar Oliver is new TEPSA´s Project Officer. He coordinates the supply of external expertise to the European Parliament´s DG EXPO Policy Department on various EU external relations issues.
Rafael holds a Bachelor´s Degree in General Law from the University of Valencia (Spain). He also holds a Master’s in Laws (LLM) on International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva (Switzerland), where he specialized on Human Rights. Prior to joining TEPSA, Rafael worked as a Consultant for the mandate of the UN Special Rapporteur on the human rights to water and sanitation and the NGO WaterLex and undertook traineeships at the European Parliament´s DG EXPO and at the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
