Ecological transition could give a formidable employment boost. In any case, this is what the WWF believes: more than a million “green jobs” could be created from now until 2022. If the ecological transition was a tool at our disposal to confront mass unemployment, how could we attach it to policies designed to fight poverty? To answer this question, Sciences Po CEE has convened a series of thematic conferences in order to more precisely define the short and medium term effects of the ecological transition on unemployment.
