Dr Andriy Tyushka, Senior Research Fellow in the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the College of Europe in Natolin, has just published a journal article on enduring dilemmas of, and future challenges for, the EU’s Eastern Partnership policy titled ‘Towards a Happy Twentieth Anniversary? Future Thinking on the Eastern Partnership’s 3Ds: Dilemmas, Design and Deliverables’. This article draws on a speech delivered by Dr Tyushka in the opening panel of the international conference on the EaP’s tenth anniversary and post-2020 development scenarios, organized by the Slovak Foreign Policy Association in cooperation with the University of Prešov and other partners in Prešov on 21-23 October 2019.
