Șerban Filip Cioculescu, scientific researcher within the Institute for Political Studies of Defence and Military History and guest lecturer at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Bucharest, elaborated a document regarding the future of the European defence policy, in the context of the Ukrainian crisis, as well as an answer to the challenges generated by an international system in transition. The paper was presented during the debate “European defence policy in the context of the Ukrainian war”, organized by the European Institute of Romania and the Robert Schuman Foundation (Paris).
